Randy Agnew
Randy graduated, with honors, from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1985. There he served on the Texas Tech Law Review as the Editor of the Fifth Circuit Symposium. Before attending law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts (History) degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982.
Randy was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in November 1985 and practices in the state trial and appellate courts in throughout the state, but principally in Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, Johnson, Parker and surrounding counties. Randy is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Randy is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, a peer review directory.
Throughout his legal career, Randy has represented plaintiffs and defendants, individuals, small business owners and large companies in a variety of civil litigation matters.
